The New Year has started with me busy finalising prints of my painting Scenes of Pevensey

The limited edition prints have now arrived and are available to buy at £22 (+ P & P). Cards of the same painting will follow.

I’ve now moved my attention on to completing an acrylic painting, 18” x 22”, of Lewis Hamilton celebrating the moment when he became F1 World Champion of 2014. The painting depicts him standing on his Mercedes car waving a Union Jack, just minutes after claiming victory in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina circuit. A proud moment for the Englishman as he takes the title for the second time.

The painting, entitled Victory, will be exhibited at the Society of Eastbourne Artists Exhibition at the Lansdowne Hotel, Eastbourne on the weekend of 2nd to 4th May (includes Bank Holiday Monday).

This is the first of a series of motorsport paintings I plan to produce. I have followed the sport for many years and have driven round the Brands Hatch circuit. I used to marshal on the start line at Brands Hatch & Silverstone circuits where I was known as ‘Little Legs’!
